Dash diet.

I just started doing this diet. Its actually not a diet- its just a plan to eat pretty plain, un-fussy good for you food in reasonable quantitites. This sounds simple, but well, its spring and I've been to about 9 parties in the last 4 days so I need something to keep me on the straight and narrow.

This one is basically the Dash plan with suggestions of what to eat.

I'm not sure how long I can stay on this, hopefully until the unpleasantly tight feeling subsides...
