I think I got food poisoning . Every year, about once a year we go to a clam shack that should, for legal purposes probably remain unnamed (although they poisoned me so I dont know what I'm worrying about...) I didnt eat anything different from the other grease monkeys who went with me, but I guess I got that one bad clam.
Its really, factually true that one bad clam can ruin your whole life- for 24 hours at least...
