Bread: step 2

After the 30 min rise of the sponge, I put 1 1/2 cups of white flour and 11/2 cups of whole wheat flour, another cup of water and a tsp of salt into my mixer bowl.
I mixed this with a dough hook (yes, I know its cheating from a serious home-baker perspective...) until it was well blended but still quite sticky.
Its set up to rise on the radiator, because its really too cold to make bread in my house. If you do this, be a little careful because it can get too hot.
