Unsuccessful lunchbox noodles

I made the delicious udon noodles in sesame sauce for the boys to take in their lunchboxes. Unfortunately, they had a 100% return to home rate so I wont be doing it again. But I liked them lots so here they are in case you want to torture your kids...

boil 1 package noodles according to package directions. I used Roland Brand Organic Udon and two bunches of noodles for 4 servings.

Top cooled noodles with:
1/4 cup tamari sauce
2tbsp fresh toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salad oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 finely chopped garlic clove (raw garlic might be where I lost the boys)
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
about 1/4 cup green onions
some fresh cilantro
1 shredded carrot
a handful of chopped green beans (or sugar snap peas)
about 1/4 cup of shredded chicken.
Toss, refrigerate, serve, divy up into lunchboxes, send it off, take it back, eat it for your own lunch...
