Leftovers...

I have terribly unsuccessful pork ribs in herbs de provence with garlic and olive oil. I liked them well enough, but there was a full pound of meat and the boys didnt eat ANY of it so now what the hell do I do with it? My brother needs to eat here more often.

Suggestions, people I need suggestions...

  1. Ugh, and all those bones too! It will be a pain to reinvent them, but probably worth it in the end. They sound good to me, but people can be very picky about pork. My parents refuse to eat it, because they don't like the taste of "pig." (I've noticed that bacon and ham don't count in their book, however.)

  2. Hey J! How are you guys?? I kinda overdosed on pork when I got back from Dubai sorta off it now. Those ribs are rotting (slowly) in my freezer... I'll probably make red sauce with them...
